I’ve been here a couple times to drop off a loaded trailers and I have a couple words to say. First of all these ladies in the office have no manners. I always come and and greet them good morning & I get no response back! They don’t even acknowledge me until they’re done with their paperwork and that’s coming from a female truck driver! You have to wait til they are done “sorting papers out” okay I get that but at least acknowledge me. There’s 3 windows and sometimes I don’t even know which one to go to. You just have to gamble and hope someone will notice you. The yard is fine, have no problem with that. Hope management sees this so they can work on greeting and notice us drivers. Don’t mean to be a Karen but it’s giving rude.

Came here for a drop & hook. Appt for 10AM. Get here @0900. Was told they haven’t started shipping yet & they would live load me. Cool, that’s fine. Then they say that this facility isn’t SLC. No one ever invited me onto the dock to watch loading for count. Don’t let them try to pawn THEIR responsibility off on you, mark your bills as SLC regardless. Loading was fast & dock workers were friendly at least. After loading go park & wait for paperwork. Green is staging area, although there’s going to be trucks parked everywhere.

I give a 5 star review. I had a delivery for Tuesday 23:59 with only one pallet. Christmas was the next day and they were scheduled for closed. The ladies in the front office got me in and unloaded at 20:46 when they wasn't suppose to so I could get home to my family for Christmas. And they also allow overnight parking with a huge parking lot in the back of yard. Very nice ladies thanks for wonderful caring service

Heather Harvey was great to work with, Her kind understanding, due diligence and help is truly appreciated in regards to making our delivery process smooth and then helping us out with the paperwork, which made it possible for us to pickup our next load on time.

It's been a pleasure working with them. Highly recommeded.

Clean restroom, No overnight parking, but long wait for Pickup. If you come late suppose to 1 hour they charged late fees and I'm a driver we have been waiting for an hour to get paperwork to pick up the load. I have been waiting for an hour while the two girls are talking and laughing behind the glass omg so mad never have I waited this long to get paperwork

would like to write a few words about these two women, disrespectful attitude towards drivers, make you wait until they finish talking about their personal topics. Complete disrespect for drivers, I ask management to have an explanatory conversation and respect drivers. Thank you.

If there’s no overnight parking, enforce it. If we can park, maybe make more spots. Too many trucks in the way and nowhere decent to stage up once all the spots are taken.

Lots of young guys inside the facility loading. None are in a hurry to work though, so don’t get your hopes up.

7PM appointment . Was loaded by 9PM. 30 minutes for bills.

Easy to get to. Easy to park. Average place.

I'll give 4 star's due to plenty of staging spots.. even though some drivers decided it's OK to park in front of the docks, making it difficult to back in a door!! Mean! And lazy.
One restroom 🚻 shared 🙁 😞 stinks and dirty..3 check in windows... fill out paperwork than wait to be called to a window.. have your PU number and driver's license available.. good luck 😆 your typical americold...u can be waiting all day and all night! So cook some food and take a nap lol.. ow and at least they give your pets a place to go too..
