Not only does this warehouse not clear their sidewalks, or even the bus stops, but they actually pile snow from their fully clear spotless parking lot onto parts of the sidewalk. Thanks Amazon.

Located in a convenient located....mostly everything you'd want from a store Gopuffs has it. They also offer perks the more you order and the more people you refer. And I love the new feature in the app to pick up personally yourself. In order to do that you'll type in Gopuffs address.

Delivery was fast and easy, but they gave me an old stale ice cream. It didn’t taste like cookies and cream and the cone was extremely hard.

Highly disappointed with the app, I dont know about this location itself but I am referring to Gopuff app entirely, I am appalled at their ability to to mess up the placement of customers order and they cancel or themselves without calling or notifying you directly that they have cancelled your order but still kept you money and did not even have the decent to automatically refund back the money that they stole after not delivering the items ordered but that I waited for 4 hours at home for my order and couldn’t wait for them the whole night because I had to go to work. I messaged them when I got off of work about never recovering my order and finding out that’s when they cancelled my order but still had my money.

They said they couldn’t refund me the money even after they messed up my order and canceled it they could only redeliver to the same address. I was over 2 hours away and not due home the same day that I left for work and told them
That wouldn’t work since I won’t be there to receive the order.

Gopuff needs to fix that disgusting excuse of a system they call service, I have never had someone steal from me and then force the solution of delivering me something I can’t even receive when the entire point of using this app is supposed to be for accuracy and convenience of an order and those were literally 2 things that I completely did not receive this week !!!

I would never recommend this to anyone I love or even remotely care about. No one deserves that type of dishonesty and disservice when paying such marked up prices the least you can do as a business is DELIVER on what your customers order or refund them THE SAME WAY THEY PAID YOU when you can’t…. It’s really just that simple so it’s shocking to have personally seen , experienced and witnessed that GOPUFF is really that low of a service provider and I will not be using them or informing any of my family, friends or associates to use them and to discontinue their memberships here immediately as that type of thievery is not something I want to be a part of or further associated with using.

I love the convenience of Gopuff and use it often… but i have to give it 3 stars because their customer service is horrible.

I travel for work and had the wrong address set to one of my previous hotels. Within seconds of ordering I realized my mistake and tried to cancel the order. It wouldn’t allow me to cancel stating my “order was in progress”. I frantically tried to reach customer service, tried looking for a phone number to connect with an actual person who could help me cancel. Everything was automated and left me to just to sit there and wait for the driver to pick up the order so I could call him and tell him not to deliver it myself. Absolute garbage assistance and now I’m worried I won’t even get refunded for the $60 order. They really need humans on the line to help people this is ridiculous.

I've ordered from gopuff many times and every single time it's so slow. I've watched my delivery person sit around the corner from my house for 45 min and I've tried calling the place and I can't talk to anyone. Don't make the same mistake I did ordering from there .

I was super skeptical after reading the other reviews but I needed a specific iPad headphone adapter for an early morning departure for a road trip and didn’t realize it until it was too late to find in a store. I ordered it online through GoPuff and it was at our door within the promised amount of time (about 20 min after ordering). Saved us! I rarely write reviews but did want to assure others that GoPuff worked for me.
