Bad management, the voice at the entrance makes you cringe, although he tried hard to describe it. The warehouse is very large, and there is no one to connect with. Total disregard for appointment times. Employees passing by by chance, ignoring your presence.

Driver just left soft (opened package) on my porch and walked off. I have him on my Ring doorbell. My package was EMPTY & already opened. I would like to speak with someone about this.

Amazon use to be a great place to deal with in trucking. Now, they are one of the worse places to have goto... 62 minutes in line of trucks waiting to talk to someone at the gate... For them to tell me that I was 11 minutes late. 🤬

Look, I've seen alot of negative reviews on here from drivers, and maybe this is only my experience, but it was fantastic! The gentleman I talked to and signed my paperwork "Bobby I believe his name was" was professional, polite, and I was unloaded in an hour and a half. If anything, they were a little two quick because I was trying to get a 2 hour break in to start a split. Over all, Great Job Bobby and team! But Amazon..... this gate system you have has got too go! They have no idea what is actually going on, I was sent to a parking space as if I was a Drop and hook, finally I tracked down a yard driver and he pointed me in the right direction so more points for the crew that is actually on site. Only for stars because of your stupid check in process!

Go north on central ave, walk through the auto parking lot to the far north, and you will see the sign for the entrance of the truck

Had a 7 am appointment. Checked in with an automated system. The person on the other end was from India. Lol. Had difficulty understanding her accent from time to time. Once I got passed the entry point, I parked and entered the building to check in again and submit paperwork to warehouse worker. Received a dock number, dropped my trailer in dock, disconnected and found an empty parking space to wait for phone once trailer was unloaded. Took about an hour. Was back on the road by 9 am.
