Amazon Fresh Pickup was such a pleasant experience! I usually have my groceries delivered, but I decided to try pickup this time just to get out of the house—and I’m so glad I did. The app made it incredibly easy to order and even notified the team when I was nearby, so my groceries were ready the moment I arrived.

The staff was friendly and efficient, and they loaded everything into my car within minutes. All the items were fresh, neatly packed, and exactly as I ordered. It was a great way to get out for a bit without the hassle of shopping inside the store.

This service is convenient, fast, and reliable. Whether you’re trying it for the first time or looking for a change of pace like I was, I highly recommend Amazon Fresh Pickup!

I have been shopping at HEB for years and wanted to try this way out. I will never look back! They had all that I needed and even at the same or better prices. My produce was so beautiful and perfect! My items were packed with care and my order was done almost two hours ahead of time. This experience has changed my outlook on grocery pickup. Whomever is shopping, shopped like they cared about my items, not a check. Keep up the great work! And I will be recommending all I know to shop here first. 10/10!!

While I have never been here. Whoever keeps bagging all my food up from here... I am SICK OF IT! You overstock my bags, and they rip and fall apart, and then you give me a bag with one little item in it in a huge bag!? Are you 18 and fresh out of high school? I don't care.

I worked at Walmart and Family Dollar as a cashier and as someone who bagged things. I am disgusted with the bagging Amazon does here. Sometimes though they DO get it right, but that's only happened once out of five times so far.

And it isn't just a certain time of the day either. It's any anyday of the week at any time at random that I order. Sometimes at night and sometimes in the morning. And today it was in the morning, so that caught me REALLY off guard. Because I know how stupid and lazy young people can be. But for people as old as me or probably older (I am 40), doing this kind of crap is BS.

I have nothing personal against your store. Just the people who are begging us for them to be delivered. Why?

Because NO ONE REALIZES that the baggers are not the same people as the drivers. So the drivers lose out on tips because of your employees ignorance and laziness. I wouldn't doubt if the people you hire doing this crap smoke weed 24/7. I mean, dude, even I smoke weed 24/7. But I don't do it when I'm at work, at least!

I'm not saying to fire any of them unless they've been written up already once or twice. I just want you to PLEASE get them to learn how to bag properly if they are youngsters, but if they are on drugs WHILE at work. Fire them. Even if they are older, like me. Give my people a chance too because they might be having a midlife crisis like I have been going through for 5 years.

Once my bagging is done right, I'll rate this 5 stars. It's just a shame the drivers are losing tips because of your baggers laziness.

Customer service via phone will take you to a call center. But they are very helpful there and can answer all your questions regarding an online grocery order. The San Antonio location is for pick up only. You can not shop in store. If you prefer speaking to a live person as opposed to a chat bot, I suggest calling in.

Waited for over half an hour for someone to acknowledge I was there or bring order out to my car. Only seemed to care about FLEX drivers or whoever was there to pick up multiple orders. Very disappointing, just have them deliver so you don't have to waste time. Associate was very nice and apologized, then handled my order gracefully, but Amazon needs to make sure there are enough employees to support such a busy metro area. Do better, Amazon.
