My experience with Alpine-Richfield was amazing! It was the driver‘s first time driving to Hanksville and he was very professional! He explained everything, so that I understood the first time. He was very personable and was able to answer every question that I had. I didn’t have many though. He was too good at his job.

I feel really bad that I can’t remember his name, but he was a Grandpa raising three grandkids. 🥰 He was so easy to talk to and I felt like I’ve known him all my life.

I would give 10 stars if I could. Alpine-Richfield are the best in my book. I haven’t had to call the office yet, but he assured me that Jaylynn (Office Manager) and Stephanie are the best and very easy to work with. I have no doubt that this is true. Great Experience!

The staff at Alpine in Richfield are top notch, went above and beyond. They exceeded our expectations. They took the time to explain products and how they work. They were patient as we chose equipment that would best meet our needs. At one point had to over night a product from another branch of the agency and had it there by the next day. I would most definitely recommend them to others. Thanks so much for all the support you provide to our small rural community.

It was a really nice place and easy to get to good people and products. I would definitely recommend Alpine for their products well made and fit well I needed a foot brace and got the product quick and my insurance went through fast got it all in the same day

I was prescribed oxygen due to levels being low with pneumonia. Alpine reached out to get me set up later in the afternoon and said that they would need to verify eligibility with my insurance company. The eligibility department was not open at the time so they said they couldn’t bring the equipment, which is understandable. I asked if I could just pay out of pocket for the equipment so I could have oxygen through the night. Alpine said that they would take my card info and not bill my card until they got in touch with my insurance company to verify eligibility and benefits. This way they could bring the equipment that night. They said they would call when they were on their way. They never called or showed up that night. They sent a text the next morning and showed up pretty early, which was nice, but the delivery employee brought in the wrong equipment several times and made several trips back and forth from the vehicle taking things in and out until he finally called his company and confirmed the correct equipment. This wasn’t a big deal, but a lot could have been straightened out and a lot of time saved had he made the call prior to entering my home. It didn’t seem very professional.

Alpine did deliver, and the equipment was clean and worked great, but I went a night with low oxygen levels because they didn’t do what they said they would. I hope this isn’t normal business practice and they were just having an off day.

Stephanie and jaylinn were very friendly and helpful and totally went out of their way to get me batteries for my chair before a upcoming trip with my family and if they had not had a employee from another Alpine store in St George drive some down to Richfield I would not have been able to attend. Hopefully they get some recognition for going far and beyond to help me.

I always had good service with Alpine when I lived in Vernal. I recently moved to Monroe Utah which is serviced by the Richfield branch. I called for some tubing about ten days to two weeks ago. The woman I spoke to sounded like she got up on the wrong side of the bed. She said the right words but her voice sounded like she was mad at someone or had a chip on her shoulder for some reason.
I still have not received my tubing.

I've had their equipment here for years. Not once did I get any calls to see if I needed hoses or maintenance. I once saw a man here at my apartment complex and asked what's up. He gave me a 3 month supply of hoses, checked my machine and said he'd be back in 3 months and haven't seen or heard from them since. They FINALLY came and got their machine today. I won't deal with them again! Maybe they treat patients with SEVERE problems better than someone like me, I don't know. But if that is the case...well, it's just wrong no matter. I'm pretty sure this won't get posted but at least somebody had to read it and maybe they'll make the needed changes in their policy.
