I needed to ship a package via UPS. I had a shipping code that wouldn't work for whatever reason. Suzie tried everything possible for 10 minutes and nothing. She was so patient. Her level of customer service exceeded my expectations. I'm so incredibly grateful that she didn't give up!! Suzie finally got it to work!! She was my hero of the day!!

I went to return an Amazon package, not knowing what to do.. the gentleman at the desk was very helpful and informative and nice as can be! Friendly, helpful staff. My space is in climate controlled building, very clean, carts provided to move items into the spaces. I was familiar with them having dealt with them for my former job. They treat you like an old friend. Will use them again if the need arises. I have recommended in the past & will be happy to again.
