I did a check in for delivery on Sunday, almost 4pm. My pallets were moved, just a single load bar was not enough. The warehouse manager was very nice and understanding about the moved pallets. He and two other workers restocked about 4 or 5 pallets. Unloading time: 1 hour 15 minutes. Thank you guys for help and fast unloading.

Overall good service, the yard hostler took forever, so I put my trailer in the door and it was loaded within an hour and a half...

Reviews are 50/50. You never know which experience you’ll have at shippers and receivers. I’m here on New Year’s Eve just before 08:00 for a 17:00 pick up. It’s a holiday. The roads are empty and so is this place. I called their dispatch, they checked me in and assigned me a door right away. 4.5 hours to load.

Second time here ad another good experience. I had an appt the next day at 08:00. I called and asked if it was ok to deliver early, the night before. I told them I could be there by 21:15 and they approved me delivering early. I got a dock immediately and unloading started as soon as I bumped the dock.

Checked in at 18:00 & was assigned a dock right away. I was unloaded in 1 hour flat. They didn't make me drop the trailer, just unhook the air line. When they called to tell me I was unloaded I asked about overnight parking (45 min. left on my clock) They said it was okay.

Not a bad place but if you're picking up a load they will hold you for hours past your appointment. They'll put you in one door and after two hours they'll come out to you and have you move to another door around the back of the building. If you run out of hours...and you will they are kind enough to let you stay on the property. There's a truck stop down the street called the 55 but it's best used for weighing your load and nothing else.

Easy to find and get into. Other people mentioned overnight parking, I can neither confirm now deny that. There is plenty of room in the place. The lady I talked to when I called to check in was hard to understand and a bit rude. However, overall, things went fine, I was in and out in about an hour total. Not all of which was their fault. So that's not bad. You do have to unhook from your trailer here but, you just pull forward a little bit. They put a cone infront of your truck and they come out and move it when done. They also call you but the guy gave me my papers and I was hooked up and rolling before she ever called me. They do have facilities that will let you use inside the building. I know, shocker, right? With the Rona scare going around... Overall, it was a good place to deliver to.
