Rate is lower than other Philippines shipper cargo arrived as per timeline, very friendly staff

Not even deserving a star. Happy to see a higher exchange rate but people working here are very rude. They do not treat us as customers. I was sending money to the philippines and kuya asked my name. Probably unable to get the right spelling. He hands me a paper. I wrote my name and gave the paper back to him. He shoved it back to me telling me in a high tone to write my phone number and address as well. I did experience the same with the old lady who was working here too. They seem to shout to customers all the time. I even observed another customer buying a alas box and the lady working there shouted to her that she is not allowed to touch the boxes. The lady left saying i was just determining what size of box to buy. Well all i can say is if they do not want to work, let other people with sympathy and patience do it!!!! I would recommend going to Atlas seafood city to send your money guys. A warm welcome is always good to start our day.

I have tried all known cargo handlers for balikbayan box for 20 years until I tried Alas Cargo. Alas cargo is the only one I trusted most when it comes to reliability. Im confident my balikbayan box will arrive at the normal period of time as it does. Ive been a customer eversince they started the business and I have no complaint whatsoever.
