This company clearly lacks training on its drivers. Whoever was driving the Nissan NV1500 vehicle with FL TAG: NKPG82 (see attached) in Coral Gables thinks it’s okay to speed, cut people off, use no turn signal and just plain aggressive. Really bad look when they have the big billboard of your company on the side of the truck.

Do better.

Use caution utilizing this TRANSPORT company when their drivers cannot drive safe & with regard to the people around them.

Advanced Messenger & Cargo has accepted all of my last minute pickups and drop-offs without hesitation! There have been days in the office when we need boxes delivered next day to another location, in another county. Fidel Guzman is fast, simple, efficient and works with my rush requests in a timely manner. He makes things happen even when the request is large and heavy. I recommend this company to all my colleagues who need same day delivery and consistent great customer service. Prices are within budget and we love using their courier services!

this is a first after 30 yrs in business. I have never written a review but this is by far the worst company ever. I called for a pickup at 12:06pm for two packages. At 2:33pm, the front desk notified me it still had not been picked up. When I called, the owner answered. I asked him why the 3hr delay. He said that is typical and I said you should tell customers if it is going to take that long. His reply was I should have told him. Are you kidding this is your business. IF you are busy then tell customers it is going to be a big delay so they can make other arrangements. I then asked when the driver would arrive. He said 45 minutes. Imagine almost 4hrs. I said how will you make it to the delivery address in a business day. His reply well I can't perform miracles. Every courier service I have worked with over the years, advises of any delays and at the very least customers expect same day delivery. Then he refused to pickup the package in 45 minutes and said he would not work with my company. THE NERVE OF SUCH AN INEPT OWNER., IT took less than 5 minutes to call another service with the right regard for customer service. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY - THE ABSOLUTE WORSE AND OTHER REVIEW SUPPORTS IT

Just WOW! I normally don't like to leave bad reviews, but their driver put my life in jeapordy on I95. This happened on march 25th around 2pm, a white Nissan Frontier with the tag EBS T99, tried to squeeze past me in a merging lane and proceded to force me out of the lane and into traffic. Very scary and unprofessional driving, especially with company decals on the truck.
