Lady couldn't find anything wrong with my truck or trailer, so she wrote me a stupid ticket about my phone being on my dashboard! Even on my ticket it states that I was not watching anything, these guys are almost worse than California cops!

Why do we have a pre pass if you give us red light every time. 9 months with nothing but red lights while being completely legal approaching scale. Ridiculous long lines with no one at the window. All you are doing is hassling people running legal and trying to get home. And you wonder why you guys can’t get any respect anymore.

Plenty of parking. It is a pain to get to. You have to go through scales and inspection areas to get to the parking area. Inspection area has bypass lane for parking. I'm not sure if they have after hours restrooms

Automatically call you into the area but when you get to the window following a long like of trucks going 5mph there's no one at the window. At least let us drive by if its not attended

Well a few things are needed
1. Access to a shuttle
2. Some kind of food delivery
We where treated well in spite of the circumstances.. One of the Dot officer drop us off so we could eat..
