Was a drop and hook. Mostly no problem but my empty trailer was blocked in and needed the yard guy to bring it out. Took 1 hour and 40 minutes before he finally got back in his truck to work, then stayed there talking to a 3rd party mechanic that was in the yard just BSing ... he was very rude and inconsiderate to other truck drivers.

And they finished at 3:00pm

Had a tire problem. Told broker the next morning, showed up 3 hours late. Was told no one contacted them... Brokers fault. That was Friday. Wouldn't give me an appointment till Monday at noon. Thanks for taking my home time away! This place could care less about our lives or time. By appointment only, no mercy or grace.

This review is for delivery. Not bad out in 2 hours. Kind of a weird process, slide tandems, chalk tire, lower landing gear, disconnect service and emergency air lines and electical....but DONT disconnect tractor from 5th wheel, why? Anyway was delivering and not picking up, I'd deliver here again.

Appointment at 1000, checked in 0920 checked out 1100 not bad at all. This was on the crossdock side

Receiving gate is before you get to I45. You check in then go to the receiving office between dock doors 139 & 140. Backup into a spot along the fence & go check in. Once they give you a dock you back on, slide your tandems, disconnect from your trailer, & pull forward. Once you get a green light you can go get your paperwork from receiving office. There is a restroom & soda machine in the receiving office.
