The first time we used them a few yrs back they were great. Came when scheduled cut our damaged tree and cleaned up for a very reasonable price. This time we had some broken limbs from a storm. We called a month after the storms and scheduled a date. They never showed up and never called. Glad I did not take the off work. We had to call and ask what happened and was given some emergency story. We rescheduled and almost 6 weeks from our original call they finally came out. The price to clean up some broken branches and remove debris was more than when they took a whole tree down. Then, we never received the invoice via email. Almost a month later after several calls to get the invoice to get it paid, we finally got it when an alternate email was given. Asked for a couple of extra weeks so we could pay cash and avoid the extra $21 plus dollars in credit card fees and was denied. Wasn't like I wasn't trying to pay. We were reaching out asking for the bill. So I paid the bill in full plus the card fee. Sadly this experience was very disappointing.

EXCELLENT! A Cut Above came out with a crew of 5 or 6 people - they operated like a well-oiled machine! They took down 2 small trees (and stumps) for us, and they must've knocked it out in a little over an hour. It would've been even faster had they not had to squeeze the stump remover down our narrow side yard. Fair pricing and great service - they will be my 1st call next time we need tree work! Thank you!

WOW!!! Great company. First, prices were the best out of the 13 places (yes 13) I called for estimates. All the people were easy to talk to. The guys were professional. They had the tree down and gone in no time. My yard was perfectly clean. A Cut Above is now my go-to for all things trees.

This company has got to be one of the better local companies in the area. They did an excellent job communicating the quote to me and then we're very timely in getting back out to cut my tree down. And then while they were here they took great care to keep from destroying my lawn. Great service.
