Beet service at any parts store I've been to that little blonde gal Tracy is friendly know able knowledgeable about all product best customer service ever she can put wipers on install batteries and many other things that girl should get a raise

Good quality parts and great people. Can't go wrong with them! Sure their prices may be a little more, but you get a better product for the money. My main thing is that a store is nothing if it doesn't have good people, and this NAPA location has great people who care more about their customer than just making the sale.

We spend quite a bit of time at NAPA. It is our go place for most things that we need. Great costumer service. Good quality parts for cars trucks and just about anything else with a motor it in. First of all, best stocked NAPA (or auto parts store, for that matter) that I've ever seen. I was passing through from TX and Miko gave me all of her attention in helping me find the right fluids for my pickup truck. She also accompanied me to the truck to help me find one of the reservoirs. Worth the drive!

Quality of parts is top notch. The counter help are as friendly and knowledgeable as a homeless person at 4:00 in the afternoon. Particularly the owner's wife. I have yet to ONE TIME come in there without her arguing with me about what I need. Everytime she insists on giving me the wrong part because that's what the computer says. I have decades of experience and I know what the part I just removed looks like. The owner is very good to work with and knowledgeable but, I never can seem to get in there when he is on shift. This place is a PASS!!! Maybe that's why the building has a for sale sign up front. hmmm. I would rather buy cheap parts and replace them twice than come in here once!
