We bought a hot tub from Red Rock Spas. We picked it out and paid cash for it. Before we paid for it, they came and looked at where we wanted it set. They said it would be a "difficult" delivery. We wanted it on a deck about 2 feet off the ground. We told them we would take the railing and posts off one section of the deck. It would have been a tight squeeze, therefore deemed "difficult". When we paid for the tub, (cash), they charged us a $250 delivery fee because it would be difficult. We decided to remove another section of the railing so it wouldn't be so hard to set it where we wanted it. They delivered the tub and my husband even asked the owner, who delivered the tub, of it was an easy delivery. He told my husband it was easy. They didn't fill the tub, give instructions on how the tub worked, or give any instructions on chemicals. Basically, set and go. We asked for our "difficult" delivery fee to be refunded. They told us they would absolutely not refund the delivery fee. So a word of warning! If they say it's a difficult delivery and charge you a fee, don't do anything to make it easier for them. They will refuse to give you back any delivery fee.

Don't feel like we were given enough information at the beginning of ownership, considering the price of the spa we purchased, but the last few months we have had a few problems and they have taken excellent care of our situation. Every question was answered and our service technician, Mike, was so friendly and kind. He stayed extra long and did a lot of extra work just to make sure everything was running smooth before cold weather hit. What a pleasure it has been. Thanks guys and you totally changed our opinion.

Very helpful at the beginning. Bought or tub in March of 2022 but half the jets stopped working one month later and after multiple phone calls and multiple scheduled appointments that the technicians failed to show up. And do the warrantywork. It's December of 2022 and the tubs still broken. Update Mike dove into the issues with the tub. He spent 8 hours in the snow and 11 degree temperature on the phone with the manufacturer. Once the issue was figured out he went above and beyond to solve it and correct it. The tub is working properly now and we would highly recommend them for any repairs or new tubs.

After learning that the heating sensor was part of a factory recall I've learned that calling the Pro was not wasted time.

We Called Desert splash spa had a leaking spa. they sent Mike right out. He came did an excellent Job on finding the problem. Fixed it. and he was very Professional and Knowledgeable about what he was doing he did a fantastic Job. Thank you.

Last report I praised your company. This report I couldn't be more disappointed. They have caused my spa to smell and created a real problem with the chemicals they have applied. And to top it off won't accept guilt. Wants me to pay for their mistake.
