The people who work there are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I appreciated the professional behavior (No cursing, cussing, crude talk, or anything like that. They were courteous and polite. They dress and speak in a professional manner, and so on). High quality service and products. The place and equipment are so clean and well organized!!! It was a breath of fresh air dealing with them. Moving is frequently an ordeal, but these guys made it a much easier and more pleasant experience!!

Wow. This was one of the better customer experiences I have ever had and would recommend them 100%. Skyler and Jaden helped me with an installation of a hitch on my Subaru Crosstrek. They were so helpful and got me in same day, had it installed in less time than anticipated at a very fair price, and it looked incredible! They were so nice to work with... trust these folks with any hitch related needs you have!

Very convenient and quick. Super nice attendant and good service. One thing that would have been better could have been a better explanations and alternative suggestions for what might accommodate customer's needs. Went in looking for a car dolly and was told that even though 3 were sitting there unused, they could not be rented because they were "out of town rentals". It seemed weird that they could not be rented for an intown move and not returned to the same Uhaul that day, they could only be returned to an out of town Uhaul. There were 2 car trailers available for in town moves, but they were not suggested until we asked about them. Want more business? Better problem solving and be more flexible and logical with what can be rented and returned in 24 hours or less. Overall, I was impressed and highly recommend.

We return our truck here, and we have a hard time moving to storage unit and moving again to the house, so we asked what options we have, they helped us to save the moving trip by renting the ubox and most importantly Skyler and Jayden were super nice and understanding to our situation to give as much time for us to unpack and pack again in the facility. They definitely need recognition on it! Thank you so much!

U-haul has been amazing to work with. Heather and her staff are friendly and easy to work with. It was so easy being able to rent the containers which they drop off to you and you just call them when you’re ready for them to pick up. The moving process has been so easy and stress free because of them. I can’t express how great full I am for them!

The lights of the tow dollies was not compatible with our vehicles. That is our fault. But we was told they would refund the fee. It has been over a week and I have not seen a refund. They said it was issued but still have not seen it. Now I have to provide a bank statement showing that. This store is a forty five minute drive from my home.

The truck was too small, asked if we could get a bigger truck and was told no. Even though they had several bigger trucks there. Even when we went by there. The truck was dirty, we had to wait for them to sweep it out. Because of the smaller truck size it cost me $407 to use them because I had to make 2 trips. Moved from Vernal to the city. I wouldn't suggest getting a u-haul from the Vernal location.
