Thrifty Auto Shipping is a pretty good company to work with. We used them to ship one of our cars from Plano, TX to San Jose, CA. The company communication was up to par and they have a smooth process to help you from beginning to end. We had no issues whatsoever with this company.

I can’t say enough about my experience with this company. I called other transporters in my search. I encountered rude people in noisy rooms that I could barely hear. Others appeared to be call centers that had no interest in helping aid me in the best way to get the car to Washington for my son in Canada to retrieve. I then called Thrifty and the nicest man named Dwight answered. I felt like I was talking to a friend. He was so helpful and truly interested in helping with the logistics of my situation. He found a lot to deliver the car to that would be easy for my son to pick up. Every time I called he was eager to help, even late on a Sunday night!! The car was delivered when I was told it would be, undamaged and the price was fair. I highly recommend this company. I have read the reviews of other companies and the trouble some people went through with the price changing to a higher amount, car delayed weeks or even damage to their vehicle with no recourse. My experience was perfect. Thank you, Dwight, you were an absolute pleasure to work with.
