As a paranormal Hobbiest, this location was a destination on my bucket list to investigate. The hosts are polite and interesting, and great tour guides. My team of gals reserved a private overnight hunt on a weekday for $750. The hours are from 8 pm - 8 am more than enough time to get in, get your evidence and footage, and get home for some much needed sleep.
Is it haunted? YES! The experience depends on what kind of person you are and, most importantly, if you're a believer or not. It's a former abandoned hospital run by nuns decades ago. Has all the ingredients of spooky and creepy and a fun night for anyone curious to know if we can prove ghosts are real or not. Suggestion: Don't go when it's cold or raining. Check the weather! There's no heat, and it floods throughout the building, making it impossible to access most areas. However, the owners agreed to let us come back for free when the building was dry. Even though we were able to investigate for about 5 hours our first time. Very cool of them.

The owners are beyond nice and this place is awesome. I did an overnight investigation with a group of around 7 others. They did admit to messing around and making noises and whatnot but they left around 12:40am. One of the owners said that after 1am things intensify and he wasn't wrong. After everyone left things started getting crazy and we even ran out of the building and the front door slammed on us. Insane stuff and I would definitely recommend an overnight stay.

Eddie is a fantastic tour guide! We had so much fun and can't wait to come back. One of the people with me felt nauseated while in the basement but fine everywhere else, and two people felt like they were being pulled. I loved hearing the history of the hospital and getting to look around on our own for a while. There is something about an abandoned building that is just so beautiful.

Nice drive out to the hospital from San Antonio. Really intriguing place, and A LOT of history to go with it!! Our guide Eddie was very informative, great sense of humor, and showed us all around this historic hospital while filling us in on some really interesting stories from within the hospital walls. We went to the Yorktown cemetery after and carried on with our evening hunts. We recommend this tour. Lots of energy, we will be back for more investigations 👻 Thank you Stephanie and Eddie for a very memorable visit!!

I wish I got more pictures. I was so mesmerized with the old building. The caretakers have added some items for decorations or effects. Like the jail cell was brought in from an outside facility. I would recommend checking the hospital out. We got to enjoy it with an overnight paranormal investigating tour group. We didn't experience any physical contact but did have some eerie moments.

Genuinely a great experience. Went here for abandoned photography purposes but overall had a great time hearing all of the history attached to this site.

I would suggest bringing masks for any mold/ dust & asbestos & be cautious of the collapsed roof & bowing wall. But overall you'll be fine & it was a fun experience!
