My room was clean but musty. I had to turn on the a/c and get air freshener from the front desk. Staff was not overly friendly but friendly enough. The location was a bit remote. Parking was sufficient. Price was quite reasonable, actually cheap. It was a good deal for what I got. I would stay here again.

No Semi parking.
Room was nice, bed and pillows were comfortable. Could use trashcan by the exterior side door. For you EV folks they have a Blink charging station. They have a good solid breakfast.

We stayed there in Christmas Eve and they had openings! It was very well maintained and cleaned. I was nervous about choosing this hotel because of the reviews, but I took a leap of faith and just made the reservation. Even though we checked in at around midnight Christmas Eve, it was still good service. Only downside was the breakfast wasn’t too good, but could have been because of the holiday. And the fact that the elevator was broken. I didn’t mind being on the second floor since it was only one night, but if it would’ve been more than one, I would’ve been very bothered because of it. Another bonus, the bed sheets didn’t have the stingy hotel smell/dusty/musky smell, or the stiffness, everything smelled very clean, even the rooms had a good smell and not the normal “hotel smell.” The only thing with the “hotel smell” was the hallway with the stairs. Overall it was very good hotel and a very good experience!

Drive out of your way to go to this hotel. Clean, quiet, good breakfast. Great beds and pillows. And did I mention CLEAN?!

We enjoyed our stay. The property and room were clean and the bed was very comfortable. All employees were polite. The next time that we go to wills point we will book our room here again.

Booked one night bathroom not cleaned hair in shower, toilet pee around it, shower head had rag tied around it to keep from spraying out of pipe. My nephews family room had to have new sheets sent up, A/C wouldn’t shut off, light fixture hanging off in room. First time I’ve had to do a terrible review.

Worst place ever to stay at. When you make a phone reservation and use your Bedt Western points to pay. The management will cancel your registration, NOT send you a cancelation notice, then rebook your reservation. Once you show up at this hotel, they will tell you that you need to pay for the night either by CASH or CREDIT CARD. That is so that this particular hotel gets the actual money ($$$$ Dollars) instead of you using your Best Western points you have earned. This hotel is operated by foreign nationals from India, and they purposely put someone at the check in desk at night that speeks very little English. Then on top of everything else they try to get you to put up an additional $100.00 -$300.00 cash deposit. And not refund you all of your deposit. Bewear of this hotel they will try to undermine you and take most of your deposit money. Called Best Western corporate on this and they said that this is a franchise hotel they don't actually own it. BEWEAR if you book a stay there. BEWEAR

Lovely spotless hotel all newly renovated, pool clean, warm welcome, comfortable bed, fresh smelling linen would recommend 100% Just come from a hilton and this hotel is miles better would definitely come again can't fault at all, value for money.
