When turning in, on your right will be a scale, drive onto scale and look left to building where a green light will flash when they have your weight. Pull forward and on your left will be docks, go to any open dock and then give paperwork to receiving (building on left.) Once done, you will be back onto scale, wait for light again, then pull off and go in office for paperwork. Try not to block anyone. Unload/load just depends on how many people are ahead, took them about 2.5 hours to start mine because there were several ahead of me. Staff inside pretty much ignored me standing there, but were helpful and friendly once they finally decided to talk to me.

Upon entrance get on scale, wait for green light, go to shipping office, dock truck...once empty or loaded get on scale and then go to office for paperwork.
