Mr. Wilson at Nile Cargo was very nice and communicated well with me and helped me get my package to its destination. Very affordable pricing and fast. I shipped my box to them and then filled out the paperwork. Within 10 days it was in Uganda! THANK YOU NILE CARGO!!!!

Honestly if there was an option for a zero star I would have rated them zero! This company has the worst customer service for both offices in Uganda and the USA. They NEVER pick or return calls I shipped some items and they have never arrived, I have given up on them! I would not recommend using this company at ALL!

Terrible experience. I mailed 15 boxes in November 2021 and requested air shipping (was prepared to pay the additional costs). They promised air shipping but actually put it on a boat. The packages I mailed in November just now got there (June 2022). More than that, I was not provided adequate paperwork for dropping the boxes off in St Louis. The customer service was unhelpful at best and outright incorrect at worst. Additionally, we arranged for the packages to be delivered within Uganda and this didn't happen for all of them (some had to be picked up) and the recipients were charged a fee for the delivery even though we already had arranged for that.

Nile Cargo Carrier came highly recommended to me by a friend. I then took it upon myself to give them a try. My starting point was calling them and inquiring about whether they are able to ship my items (car parts). I received all the answers to the questions I had asked. I then drove my items to their office in Billerica MA.
The Staff , (Miss Marion and Mr. Kaddu) gave me all the attention that for once I felt like a king. I was assisted accordingly. Discounts were offered where necessary. I was promised that my items will be sent out and arrive on the dates provided.
There was a slight delay but my items arrived intact to the recipient. I am a happy client and I will keep giving Nile Cargo business opportunities.

I've shipped to Uganda twice using Nile Cargo. At first I wasn't sure about them. They came through. The delay in shipping was due to weather. The second time I shipped to Uganda, the boxes arrived in a timely manner. No problems. The tax is outrageous, but that is the government, not the company. I'll use them again. Still less expensive than other companies.
