Had a great dinner celebrating our son's coming home after graduating from US Marine Corp Boot Camp. The entrees were excellent. Bread and salads were very good. Our server was friendly and attentive. Will definitely come again for another fabulous meal. We ate outside and the weather was perfect. Ample parking was available.

Was Performing their New Year's Eve. Always an outstanding place. Food is always great. If you want Italian food, they've got some of the best.

We came here on Valentine’s and had a terrible experience. I made reservations and we were sat outside in a corner table and forgotten about for 35 minutes. The only reason we got service was because my husband finally gave up and stopped the owner and told him that we had been sitting there since 630 without anyone attending to us. The breading on the fried calamari wasn’t cooked all the way. I got the lobster ravioli and thought it tasted too fishy. They offered free dessert and I asked for a cappuccino to go with the flourless chocolate cake, but they never brought it out. This was our Valentines date, honestly I just wanted to go home. I no longer cared. I didn’t wanna tell them how horrible the food tasted. Every time they asked we said everything was great because we wanted to get out of there because we felt like we were being treated like dogs.

There was also the weird questioning by our waitress asking if we were from the area. We told her we moved to Wauconda two years ago, that wasn’t good enough bc she kept asking us where we were from after that. My husband told her he was from Skokie which she didn’t even know where it was. And then continued to question me until I explained I grew up in Naperville.

Will definitely be telling all our neighbors in Wauconda where we live and my coworkers at a very large pharma company to not eat here.

Looked at the menu, checked out the prices figured out what we wanted to order. Food was very good. Service was really good. Then I got the bill. I looked it over paid it and then as I was walking out, I realized that I thought maybe the two meals we got were a little cheaper. Ask the hostess before I left to look at the menu, then I looked at my bill or receipt and noticed that each entrée’s was two dollars more than was on the menu. My suggestion to the owner and management is please don’t charge more than what your current menu is showing that sitting in our lap That’s a total turn off not sure if I’ll be back just because of that. Good luck to your rest of your patrons whether they notice or not. But don’t worry some will !! Also, I would’ve asked for a manager, but they know what they’re doing and it’s too bad. Update your menus. Enjoy your extra $2 per meal than advertised in your menu. You just may of lost me as a customer.

Place was recommend to us from some friends. I was so impressed with the food and quality of the pasta! Our service was however a bit slow when it didn’t seem very busy. Prices were very fair, everyone was still very nice. We will try again!

The food and service was good, except for the price of each meal I feel soup or salad should be included instead of an extra $6.90. Also, the website shows a price of $12.00 for a martini but was charged $15.00. Regrettably, I did not say anything, but should have.
They did give us a dessert for my friend’s birthday.

Well my husband made a reservation for us to have a nice romantic NYE dinner … but this was far from that. No manager to be seen to even let them know how terrible the steps of service was . Or maybe they don’t teach that anymore . We waited 29 minutes for a server to even touch our table and that was only because the table in front of us alerted thier server we had been sitting there . When she finally came (Danielle ) we ordered drinks and two apps at the same time . ( we asked to have them at the same ) well that didn’t happen . We ordered our entrees … after they came , no table touch , my husbands food wasn’t cooked properly. I had to approach the host stand where the lovely hosted provided more service then our server did all night . As I sat with my food .. waiting for my husbands , we weren’t asked if he’d like a cup of soup or anything so i wouldn’t be eating alone. Well- we just wanted to leave at this point because just because you boast about being a causal fine dining establishment… it is clearly just something to put on your website . How disappointing.
