Went twice and it was great both times! The salmon bacon time sushi roll is one of the best I’ve had — mostly because the salmon bacon is just so amazing. The Asian pear martini is great. Chicken satay leaves something to be desired IMO. The catfish was also tasty. Our servers both times were super friendly and helpful about menu questions and recommendations

Food was very good, the sweetness of the sauce on the katsu and the saltiness from the slaw were a good combination. the veggies in everything tasted fresh. service was good servers are really friendly and wait time for the food was reasonable.

This place is so nice for a quiet meal with your wife (or someone else.) The catfish is not regular fish... they put it with a special sauce and serve it with brown rice. Simply outstanding. Their chef, Mark, knows how to do food right. And, the Viet Nam sandwich is also great, and the curry dishes are noteworthy. We go there often and enjoy it so much!

Very nice place to dine in the historic downtown area. Can eat inside or outside. Tried several dishes and they were exceptional. Special dessert was the Kahula Creme Brulee that was very tasty.

YUMM is one of my favorite places in Florence! The servers are friendly, the atmosphere is lovely, and the food is fantastic (and consistent). Any time I get chilly and crave soup, the YUMM Chicken Noodle Bowl is my fix. Even if I miss the lunch hours, they do have the smaller Coconut Thai Soup without the noodles that can delightfully precede my sweet Pork Katsu. During Fall it's the Tonkatsu Ramen for dinner always! When I was a server at the Marriott Shoals, we always had an arsenal of favorite local places to recommend to travellers and YUMM was in my top 3. I enjoy being here enough that I would consider quitting my current serving job (and ditching my work wig) if I could work here with colored hair.

*Update* I no longer have blue hair so did end up joining the serving team here and I love the food and staff here even more than I previously did. I now have more than 3 favorite dishes here and am always surprised at how phenomenal the specials can be! I've gone from eating here once a week to 4-5 times a week and it never disappoints or gets old. If anything, it just keeps getting better.

Yumm Thai exceeded my expectations. Our server did a brilliant job of creating a lovely lunch experience. Our food was excellent. We enjoyed Shrimp and Grits and Spicy Beef, with Tiramusu for dessert. Restaurant is beautifully decorated and located in the historic Rogers Department Store, a department store chain based in Florence, Alabama founded in 1894.

We got pot stickers, sweet potato fries, Salmon Crave roll, Japanese Old Fashioned… can’t remember what else we got but whatever it was, it was very yummy. Server was really nice and the look of the restaurant feels very modern. We enjoyed dinner in the outdoor area and had a nice view of the downtown area. Hip little spot!
