Ordered a drum of brake clean. The vendor used YRC for shipping. Brake clean had been sitting in the Columbia warehouse for three weeks with no contact or estimated delivery date. After contacting vendor a few times regarding delivery date of the brake clean finally contacted YRC directly. The drum of brake clean was punctured and sent to hazmat. The company failed to contact the vendor or the buyer and give them an update. Caused a loss sale too both parties and dissatisfied customers who were waiting for the drum of brake clean.
