They make it so easy to rent, you do not have to jump through 100 hoops. The unit was clean and sealed well. They follow up to make sure everything went good. The only issue i have with our location is the front entrance has some pretty big pot holes, and the drive is all broken up, but once you get in the gate, there are no other issues with that.

I've been doing business with them for about 10 years. I've never had any issues except when I needed to update my payment method. The web page kept telling me I didn't have a storage unit with them. I called and spoke with someone and they were able to immediately help me with my problem. Other than that I have no complaints whatsoever. Very easy to do business with them.

I'm 100% satisfied with your service with one exception, I have had a light in my two units all the way up to when y'all took over. Have repeatedly requested my lights to be turned back on to no avail. Lights help me be able to find particular products necessary to my remodeling company.

I talked to the manager/owner. James Johnson was curious, polite, and very informative. He exceeded my expectations of a storage unit just wanting to state the available space and get it under contract. James talked about options, availability, made sure to tell me about the security of the area, and also let me know that he would clean the unit prior to me storing. I did not ask about those features. He stated them to me. He let me know that he will put rat traps as well. Amazing!!!!
