The effort that this team puts in to help you find what you need is outstanding. My pup had surgery and I was watching for a fever at home and his thermometer needed a battery. The team at Ace all worked together to find the right one so I could get home and make sure he was ok. This is just one of MANY helpful experiences I’ve had at Ace hardware. Thank you for being friendly, willing to spend time with a customer and knowledgeable.

Painting my home's interior and have been trying to shop at small/locally owned businesses, so I decided I would load up at Ace. Two guys at the counter loudly talking politics and one was being somewhat aggressive--I could hear one side of the conversation MUCH clearer than the other from the paint aisle, and they 100% knew I was there. I was browsing the samples and began to feel quite uncomfortable with the whole thing and left after about 10 minutes. I was prepared to purchase all of my supplies here, but I guess I will hit up a big box this time around. I don't plan on ever returning to this location. My advice would be to keep the politics in the back of the house, especially if you are going to be so loud about it...

Today I went looking for a 3/8 nipple in trying to get it I learn something new in math according with the attendant 1/4 inch bigger than 3/8 he said he is very good on math thats why he got this
He show me...something like a phone....chubby short hair guy
For anny assistance in plummig you who to look for.
A don't know about this guy.

I normally don't shop at Ace Hardware because, to be honest, they are expensive compared to Lowe's. However, I needed parts for my shower ASAP as I was in the middle of fixing it and couldn't go all the way to Lowe's.
Not only was the gentleman that helped me knowledgeable about plumbing, he even told me that what I was thinking about doing to my shower would not work, and that I needed to do it another way (which was the correct way by replacing the washers). I was highly impressed and THANKFUL that I went here for my plumbing needs. Just wish I could remember the gentleman's name to Thank Him!!!

INCERDIBLE selection of home use hardware. They have the major stuff a normal homeowner would need but even better is the oddball stuff you can't find at Lowes or Homedepot.
