I love ❤️ this Yogurtland. It’s very clean and the new layout look of the store looks great. The staff are very friendly and the line moves swiftly as it gets pretty busy at times. I’m a regular and they know me by name which makes me feel special.

I was very disappointed with my recent experience at this location. The system was down, so it was cash-only on “Big Spoon Day.” After making a $35.52 purchase, Roxana wondered if we qualified for the third spoon as part of the promotion. She checked and informed us that we were just 48 cents short but wouldn’t allow us to add anything, like extra ice cream, to meet the requirement.

To make matters worse, the TV displaying the promotion had been turned off the entire time and was only switched on when she checked the details for the promotion on the tv. If the promotion had been visible from the start, I would have added a topping to ensure we qualified.

The lack of proactive communication and unwillingness to accommodate left me extremely disappointed in the customer service at this location.

Karina and Julia from Yogurtland in Chino Hills are nothing short of incredible! I walked in with a last-minute order, and not only did they keep the store open later just for me, but they also did it with the most radiant smiles and genuine kindness. These two superstars went above and beyond in every possible way, making sure my experience was perfect. Their helpfulness and positive energy were contagious, and they turned a simple visit into an unforgettable experience.

Karina and Julia are true gems, and Yogurtland is unbelievably lucky to have them. In fact, they’re so amazing that I believe one day, Karina should be the CEO, and Julia should be the Vice President of Yogurtland! They embody the spirit of excellence and customer service, setting a gold standard that everyone should strive for. This Yogurtland is really clean. The times I've been there there hasn't been an option that isn't available. They do have a variety of toppings which is great. Personally I would recommend strawberry, chocolate, and cheesecake. The three together is like a strawberry chocolate cheesecake. Really good!

Delicious froyo with 16 flavors to choose from and 38 toppings. Not to mention sauces and other toppings like peanuts. You pay by the weight, so don’t let your eyes be bigger than your stomach. Location was very clean and the staff was friendly. You can sample flavors before you decide, so just ask the staff. Great place to stop after lunch/dinner from one of the many food establishments located here in The Commons. 5 stars 👍

.83 cents per oz is crazy. They have more than doubled the typical INFLATED rates of all fast foods. Service is also bad. The lady working the front has a little undercover attitude and was rude to a previous customer. She wouldn't take cash 15 minuets before closing and to top it off they ask for a 15-20% tip. 4 small cup = $52 + $8 tip = $60 for half full small cups with no toppings. I also find it outrageous that the per oz cost has doubled but the points and rewards has never changed. Maybe it is time you doubled the rewards since you've doubled the cost.

An fun take on an ice cream/froyo place! They probably had 10-16 different flavors or froyo, soft serve, and sorbets so it's a great place to come for the vegan friend or family member in your life. They also have 30 some toppings to choose from. Here's the interesting part, it's buffet style so you choose your froyo, ice cream, sorbet base and then you can whatever toppings you want yourself. You pay by the ounce though so be careful to not let your eyes be bigger than your stomach. It is sort of pricey but its a unique way to let everyone get what they're in the mood for.

Bathrooms are available and they were clean.

There is a cool fountain right outside that you can sit by while you enjoy your cool treat. Staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming to boot. Thanks for a great night!

My sister needed water to take lactaid. They would not bring her a cup, and their water dispenser was gone. Instead they told her to go next door to Jimmy John's and get water. There was a fly landing on some toppings. This location does not have hot fudge or salted caramel. The yogurt is good, though, and employees were friendly other than that. Door says they are open till 11pm.
