Is no stars a thing ? Worst customer service . Idk what the issue is here but the logistics sucks. Looking for my shipment and waiting for delivery , nothing. Call and get a hold of someone and i was told I’d get a call an hour before delivery to ensure I’m present ( didn’t leave home so I could accept this package) . Nothing . Call back and wife was told the driver had been in our area all day and didn’t know why it wasn’t delivered . All the tracking updates say they package couldn’t be left with me.

I’m confused on if this is just poor management, poor software coordination between tracking numbers and drivers/company, or if I messed up on my own.

If any product is delivered from them again ill just look elsewhere .

Rug rack arrived missing pieces, damaged beyond repair and when we went through the claim process they wouldn't accept our claim and offered us a reimbursement of $16 for an item that costs $3,500. Unacceptable and not people we will ever be doing business with ever again.

This provider came a day late. This provider also asked employees of the business they delivered to, to assist in helping push pallets form front of trailer to the back so they could then be unloaded via forklift. The driver backed up to the ramp which put him on a hill. If he would have pulled in, there would be no hill. My opinion is this, if your the deliverer of products you take a chance injuring someone's employees by having them assist you , its your job to move the material in that trailer... no one else's.

RUDE- Seems every time you talk to one of their brokers out of GA all you get is rude snide comments. I have talked to this office many times and its a bunch of teenage guys that all they want to do is argue and belittle the carrier to try to bully them in to doing their cheap freight.

Don’t ever use this company they were supposed to pick my package up on Monday and didn’t pick it up until Tuesday of the following week and then was supposed to deliver in three days which is Friday then promised it would be there by Monday now saying Wednesday. All you get is excuses I will never use them anymore
