Had a front door delivery scheduled for today and it never arrived and I didn’t receive a call about the delivery being cancelled. Now it’s showing online the door will be delivered in 2 days. This is completely unacceptable and at the least my door should be delivered first thing in the morning tomorrow considering it should’ve been here today. Extremely unprofessional company. Already had Home Depot credit me the shipping charge because this shipping company is a dumpster fire and I hope to never deal with them again.
EDIT: The company did make it right and got my shipment delivered first thing in the morning 2 days later. So I’m updating my review from 1 star to 3.

The worst shipping company ever. Do not use them, shipped 5 pallet for southern CA to northern CA took 7 days. Lost my customer and used another Company to ship back my goods!

BEWARE! This company is garbage. I ordered a front door from Home Depot and Xpress Global Systems was their shipping partner of choice. I received a call from Christy on Friday saying the door will be delivered Monday January 15th between 10am-2pm. Christy asked if I would like a 30 min advance notice for delivery and I said absolutely!

Fast forward to today, Monday the 15th, I received a call at 8:54am from driver saying he's at property but cant move door by himself because its too heavy. I had to leave work to help driver remove 300lb door from truck. If he did it himself, it would have tipped over and been destroyed. Driver was great and did the best he could have with such an awkward delivery.

After delivery, I called manager Troy who passed all blame on driver instead of not having enough manpower to take care of the job correctly.

- NO ADVANCE NOTICE
- I HAD TO SKIP OUT ON WORK TO HELP OR WE I WOULDN'T HAVE RECIEVED DOOR

This company is absolute trash. We had a very important pick-up scheduled for LTL freight and this company told us they would be picking up the cargo but as we got closer to closing time, we called them and they told us sorry, nobody is coming. Why tell us one thing and then just not show up? The customer service reps are incredibly unprofessional and rude. Stay away from this company, they are absolute garbage.

This company should get 0 stars.
My pick up was scheduled for yesterday and no one showed up or gave me a straight answer. I called again this morning and they told me it was too early to know the driver's ETA. I called again at 1 PM and I am being told that there are no drivers asigned to my pick up today. That if one of their drivers finish early they may or may not pick up. Very dissapointing!

I agree with everyone else... Yes, the rates are lower but that does not mean you can't provide basic level of customer service. My pickup of 1 skid has been waiting for 4 days now. I am in a major metropolitan area with access to 2 major highways (91 and 5). How can you not have a driver in my area for almost a week.

I think they should just charge a little more and be a better company overall. Why try and be a bad company and say "you get what you pay for?" Not a good strategy.

Still waiting on my shipment…

My shipment was scheduled to arrive 12/22/2021 from 10am-2pm. Never arrived. Then it was re-scheduled to 12/23/2021, same time frame. When I called at 2pm, rep on the phone said the driver was 3 stops away, so we stayed home and waited. Right before 5pm, I call again and they say the driver did not have anymore time to make the delivery, so it was sent back to the warehouse.

I left the holidays pass by, they again re-schedule it to be delivered on 01/03/2022 and again on the 4th and 5th. Every day I call, and they say “Sorry, the delivery didn’t go again. Do you want me to reschedule your delivery?” But what’s the point in rescheduling if it doesn’t even get delivered every time they reschedule?

It is now 01/06/2022 and still waiting on my shipment. My shipment has officially been with them for 2 weeks now and still have not delivered my product. Called again this morning, and my order was still not loaded on a truck. They say they’ll have an outside courier send out my delivery today and would call back with an updated status but still no updates. Ridiculous. Poor communication. No idea why companies use them for shipping.

I’ve also sent out emails (as the owner suggested in their replies to other reviews), which is completely pointless because they also don’t reply to emails.
