I had an old mattress to get rid of and managed to get it to the living room. The X Waste truck stopped at our house before I could get it outside. I yelled at the driver and he said, "We'll help you with that!" In seconds, two guys are at my door, carrying the mattress to the truck. Awesome help, cheerful, quick response. My heroes!

It seems they pick and choose what garbage to pick up. Twin size mattress left not picked up. I called office to see why it wasn’t picked up. Can’t ever talk to anyone. This has happened on more than one occasion where items set out weren’t picked up. I have not ever set out super large items like furniture, chemicals, electronics, etc.

I've had X-waste since I bought my house in 2018.

Cheapest rates in the Peoria area . Overall, the trash service itself was never an issue. They always picked up my trash.

Im leaving a one star as their recurring payment system is horrendous. At least on five separate occasions my payments stopped going through. No changes were made on my card side. In 2022 this resulted in me making a payment of over 200 dollars to get my account back into good standing. That is payments stopped, I was not aware, and then they started again. Then suddenly I had payments that needed catching up despite my service still having been going.

This happened in 2023 and in 2024. More recently, they missed a payment and then started using the current payments to back pay "missed payments". In this instance I didn't call them back to get my payments going again. They just started charging my card after they missed a payment.

Overall, the people were nice and the trash getting picked up went smoothly, however it is not worth me needing to verify a payment went through or not. I have Automatic Payments for a reason.

Cancelled services AFTER paying for the next quarter. Was told no refunds are issued.

Cancelled today 10/14 and won't look back.

Garbage didn’t get picked up so called to make sure received payment. Yes, Told them garbage wasn’t picked up. Said would call me back. Was told owner drove route and my garbage wasn’t out when they start at six. Said she’s wasn’t calling me a liar when I said my garbage was out. She was calling me a liar. I told her my son worked construction Monday in the 90 degree heat and was sick that night and I put the garbage out myself Monday night. Pickup Tuesday morning. Did pick up Wednesday.
Another time my acct was in arrears and they said they send an orange notice in the mail. Told them never received and never received another notice, no phone call, no email…and finally service stopped after several months is only way I found out they had trouble with my debit card. Paid up and do you think they picked up my garbage the next week? NO 😤
Third strike you’re out. Even tho competition costs more going to have to switch. Kudos to the hard workers who do pickup every week. Customer service deplorable 😡

Only had one issue from them. We were a day late one month but they were awesome every month they even throw our cans in our yard were we want them. One week we did not place our trash out and the garbage guy grabbed them.. so I will fully recommend this company for the mason co area. And trust my names well known for going off at the slightest wrong doing in any aspect of life . If there was something bad I would not be posting this

I called about 20 times in the past month, and never once got through. I left a message about half of the times, and never got a call back. Eventually had to go into the office to get service set up. The lady said we can call to set it up. When told that we have called and left many messages, she rolled her eyes. I wish there was another company that could do our garbage pickup. I hate that I have to give these people my money.

They do not answer the phone, they do not respond to voicemails. I had to go to their office, which is not an office it is a warehouse that has poor signage and pretty hidden. I got service set up and was told until I had a can I could set me garbage on the curb and it would be picked up, it wasn’t. Would not use but it is our only option.
