Good folks! They’re pretty decent about getting you in and out! Usually 10min wait time if busy but overall not that bad. If dropping just make sure containers are clean otherwise they’ll make you hop in and sweep.

Lots of room to work, they allow my company to park for breaks, and there is a clean port o potty located right next to our assigned area. Dirt road and parking lot, but we'll maintained.

former employee - there is nothing bad to say about Rowland. While i was there I was treated great by Brisa and all the staff in Dallas and by Sergio the Regional manager. it is very fast paced but everyone is willing to jump in and help each other out if needed. that's why I think everyone in the office gets along so well with each other they all know they have each other's back..

Unprofessional employee working the container yard. Caucasian guy with no teeth always has an attitude. He acts as if he hates me Everytime I come there. He acts as if he can't be terminated or maybe his boss tells him to treat drives this way. Unprofessionalism is unnecessary. He takes his precious time and always writes containers up even if they are brand new. It's a scam.

I agree with the last guy. This place was and is a dump hole from H-E double hockey sticks. And yes the guards are definitely guilty of uh using minimal energy in order to do their job. The place really does look like it was an old minefield where way too many mines had went off and blew craters into the parking lot, or better yet its really looks like the moon!
