Just had my BX1850 in for repairs. Work was done well, tractor was serviced and ready as promised. Charlotte and Donna were easy to deal with and answered any questions I had. Robert is knowledgeable and extremely easy to deal with. He has helped me with information on some of the repairs I have undertaken. Billy, the gent who picked up and brought back my tractor, was friendly, timely and a lot of fun to.
Hope I never have to take the tractor in again, but it's nice to know my machine will be well taken care of.

Have always been treated with respect by these guys. They are family owned and treat you like family.
I came to pick up my lawnmower, and not only did they take care of my needs, they noticed my trailer tire was low and took are of that. They also noticed something was hanging under my loaner truck, got under it and fixed it to make sure I was off safely.
I appreciate them as a business and will always be back.

I purchased a new tractor here and the whole experience was a pleasure. Trace was my salesman and he is very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the right equipment. Good selection of equipment onsite. Johnathan did a great job with running the numbers and explaining the Kubota tractor we purchased. He followed up after a few days to see if I was liking the tractor which I do. Fits our needs perfectly. There is always room for improvement and I would say the paperwork part of the deal could go faster and some parts purchased were missing upon delivery. They were very willing to drive them back out. Overall very happy with using WOWCO.
