WoW! Is right! I HIGHLY recommend this facility. I just cleared my storage unit out after 3 YEARS and was pleasantly surprised that there was very little to no bugs or rodent evidence. I had 2 full leather sofas that had ZERO damage and they look just like they did when I put them in! This was NOT a climate controlled unit either. To Property Management: Keep up the great work and service to your renters!! The only small critique is that bathrooms are locked. Suggestion: Give owners a key so that when they are there outside of the Office hours they are able to use the facilities. I'd give more stars, but there are only 5 available! KUDOS 👏

The folks at WOW were wonderful to us. We needed multiple units right after Helene when our apartment complex closed and everyone was scrambling for storage and housing. WOW gave us fair prices. They didn’t gouge us like we heard was happening at other storage facilities. They worked with us as we downsized, consolidated, and finally moved out to a new apartment. They didn’t penalize us for ending early.
All the staff were great especially Kenny.

Great facilities and they weathered both hurricanes very well. Can be a challenge with parking on busy days, but otherwise I had no complaints. The staff is fantastic and super helpful. Highly recommend.

Wow Self Storage really saved the day for me. Because of the damages from the storm, I had to relocate, just like many in Pinellas county. Every nearby storage I called was full. I got lucky with this place. The staff was super nice and very helpful. I also got a good discount. Their attitudes and professionalism was really uplifting because I was super stressed out that morning. They sure did take a load of my shoulder that day!!!
