I have been to this location on numerous occasions. I am an owner-operator and pick up cargo from time to time. I must say that I have encountered some not so friendly staff members who were rude and displayed discrimination. Intentionally made me wait and helped others that came after me. From Security, people inside the warehouse that load the truck to those who check the drivers in at the front desk. I do want to acknowledge a worker by the name Sam. Every time I see him, he is always in a great mood and keeps a smile on his face. He goes out of his way to help and is very kind. Hiring more people like him will make a big difference. Customer service goes a long way.

People are decent. That's it.. they keep you here for 2 too 6 hours with no toilet access and expect you to walk across the street to use a toilet. Just to have those people say no.. first and last time here..

Horrible place to get your cargo. Guaranteed 10, 12 hour wait for your stuff. Even if its just 2 boxes. The longest ive had to wait there. Without exaggeration was 23 hours. And the security woman at the warehouse? Geez! Someone get her a snickers. That woman is bitter and in a bad mood all day.

As I said before they need to place more people processing the paperwork and cargo releasing should be faster. Since this place will never allow you to use a restroom no mater how many hours you stay waiting for your stuff. 😬

I work in this Warehouse. They are pretty much the cheapest it gets so don't have high expectations. Workers do they're job in a low lighting conditions due to many ceiling lights malfunction. Pretty dirty and loud, but it's a warehouse right?
Nice person tho, can't argue with that.
Still, 2 stars because management don't care.

This may be the worst freight company in Los Angeles. You often need more than ten hours to pick up the goods, but if you pay the driver tens of dollars, you may get better service. Too bad, here, you need you forever Don't come, this is hellish

Very unorganized company at lax management is the cause of all the bad reviews from long wait to get helped to violating workers rights im a truck driver and employees tell me how this company steals their benefits its sad but true. Worker got a rash because manager forced him to clean a D.G that was radioactive, they didnt provide adequate equipment, they dont care about workers and what consequences are, they say that they arent paying them the correct pay rate per hour. I hope the management fix this issues its unfair, many law suits left to right its a mess.

This place is the most inefficient cargo warehouses at LAX. Truck drivers regularly wait 8 hours plus to recover freight from here. Just last week we waited 28 hours to pick up freight at WFS. Freight is unorganized and the employees seem to work at a snails pace with no sense of urgency.
