Community is nice and quiet. Dogs are allowed which is a plus. However, the experience of my vacation at house #26 booked through airbnb wasn’t so nice. First of all, the owner Sally charged us more than $700 per night including service fee and cleaning fee which is wayyyyy over the normal price. We feel ripped off by the owner, But we agreed to it because this was the only house that allows pets that was available during Christmas. Secondly, During our stay, there were some dissatisfactions such as not enough towels and toilet papers, some lights were out, and dirty kitchen supplies. We decided to still gave the owner a good review because of the holiday season, but right after our review was written, the owner Sally wrote us a bad review claiming after our stay her house was as twice dirty as usual. We found her accusations were extremely unreasonable and lack of evidence. We tried to keep the house clean as much as possible and even folded all the blanket we used and wiped the kitchen’s floor. We did also inform the owner that we were bringing our dog and got her consent, yet she is complaining about dog hair. I don’t know what the owner is expecting us to clean while we had to pay hundreds of cleaning fee? Do we have to do a deep clean for her house? Well, Airbnb doesn’t let me to rewrite my review so I have to post my experience on Google. Avoid booking house #26!

Nice condo that fits everyone comfortably. Easy to get to the grocery and trolley stop as well as the Village area. Great summer time rates and plenty of parking.

A great place in you're visiting Mammoth Lakes. It's a well kept facility and most of the Condos are very comfortable.

you shouldn't pick woodlands as your choice if you want a fun and nice vacations, actually, the only positive thing about this place, is that the bus(Red line) is close
