1st off I was being way over charged in 2023 2024. I called and was able to bring my 1/4 fee down to a reasonable amount. Then I signed up for auto pay through my bank in Aug of 2024. I'm being charged $13.00 in admin and late fees. How does that happen? Yes, My trash has been picked up But there are more times that the trash can is laying on its side after the trash service. I took a picture of my trash can and my neighbors . I will continue to take the pictures as this happens. We have been with WM for more than 12 years. I find this very disappointing on the way my trash can is placed and how WM has handled my account. Shame on me for trusting such a big company and shame on you for overcharging my account & pickup services.

I had recently submitted a 5 star review for WM. However I find it only fair to update my review. When I first started with WM, I had missed puck ups almost monthly. With a lot of fussing and complaints from myself and many neighbors, they became a very reliable company. Now just yesterday they never showed up in my community. No call from WM saying they would be late or even a day late, nothing. This is now the next day (Saturday) and all our trash cans are setting at the curb. If they start that missing business, I will be forced to find another company. It wouldn't even be so bad if they would notify you, but they just don't show up. Very disgusting.

When I switch to WM I was looking for a less expensive service. I got that and more. Very happy with twice weekly pickup and the time of day. My can goes back where I left it. I haven't had any problems at all and I highly recommend Waste Management.

Just started my residential service. The Lady I spoke to on the phone was exceptionally polite and very informative. And your rates are much lower than the other guys. Thank you for not being greedy. Also the can delivery driver was very friendly and polite. Nice people.

MY BARREL WAS HANDLED SO ROUGH THAT THE LID IS HARD TO TWIST BACK TO CLOSE PROPERLY. OTHERWISE I AM PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE. BEING A SOMEWHAT HANDICAPPED SENIOR IT WOULD BE NICE TO HAVE A SMALLER BARREL THAT IS EASIER FOR ME TO HANDLE

Our driver has dumped our trash container into his truck twice in the last 2 months. Then they make you spend your time calling and making sure another is delivered. I was told that the driver knows immediately what was happening. The driver should be notifying someone that this occurred, not the customer

On 2/17 my container was skipped. I left it out thinking it would be emptied the next day; it wasn't. When I checked the website, it stated the container was not out which is wrong. I could dispute that and request a complimentary pickup, but would be 2 business days which would have been my normal pick up day, so that was pointless. Having spoken to other customers, it appears that the driver skipped the north side of Ellis St on that day.
