I left a message on web site I’ve tried calling and Message said you replace in five or seven days and still at the end of my driveway like you asked please replace the trash can. My driveway 400 ft long. Tired of carry it

Well I was very happy with your service .I wish my service was still with you. You were cheaper than the service I'm having to use now and so far they were a day late on pickup which y'all never were wm cans were also bigger than the ones I have now so I'm paying more by $40. and there's less room in the cans.

I really enjoy having my trash being picked up weekly and WM customer support has always been very nice ... But for the last month every week we put out green garbage can in the curb not on the street and after each time they pick up the garbage and shake garbage out of can and it's empty they seem to always drop it on the street and tipped over where it makes traffic have to slow down and go around it . Not my neighbors or other people's garbage have j seen done like this in fact it is out back nicely on the curb .. .hmmmnm. ? Just wondering why mine

The customer service is absolutely amazing. Our pick up was missed yesterday so I contacted WM today. The lady who helped me was incredibly kind, patient and profession. I apologize that I can't remember her name but she was awesome!

WM had been doing good until I missed a pick up after a schedule change. They gave plenty of warning prior to the change. I just missed it. My issue is how things were handled afterwards. The pathway to request a missed pick up was obscure and when I eventually stumbled upon the request it wasn’t done anyway. It was only picked up at the next scheduled appointment. This despite the whole process to get a missed pickup and check in about the missed pick up. Do they do missed pick ups?

Received an email that stated effective June 24. Your trash pick up will be on Thursdays moving forward not Wednesday. Put my trash out on Thursday morning… No one picked it up. I called waste management on Thursday evening and was told that they sent out another email after the previous stating that it would be effective in July . I checked my emails and they never sent any such email. They did however, state they would go ahead and schedule a pick up for me on Friday morning or Saturday at the latest Monday…trash can is still sitting out on the side of the road waiting and this is Tuesday… again no pick up. WM Must be run by a bunch of Democrats….

The new schedule from Monday to Thursday meant the truck comes very early. During Monday pickup days, it came late in the afternoon. An email notice would've been nice.

Always timely to the day. Leaves receptacle close to where it was. Announces scheduled changes due to holidays in a timely manner. One remaining issue is that some trash comes off the truck and left in the neighborhood and on the streets.
