I selected WM for my home waste removal needs, and I could not be more satisfied. They do everything they promise, and containers are replaced perfectly - every time. They deliver a great value in this area. The "Blue Competition" is also in my neighborhood, but i consistently see containers replaced haphazardly. Additionally the WM containers have a unique feature: They hold EXACTLY the same as the competition, but are a bit taller and slimmer, which allows them to fit in the garage much better. Great job - highly recommended.

Ana was so friendly on the phone as we had a change of plans and couldn’t use Marana dump as they were closed due to the recent weather. It’s always so easy in Catalina. Cost more. But super easy.

This is for WM trash service, not the transfer station. They now charge a "convenience" fee for using a credit card and have no option to use my banks bill pay, to avoid the fee they want you to give a third party direct access to your bank account.

* UPDATE** Trash wasn't picked up again. When I chatted, they sent me a video of my house saying my cans were not out.
Video clearly showed my cans on the curb. Took over an hour to rectify the situation and close my account. WORST customer service EVER.

My trash hasn’t been picked up for three weeks at the assigned time. I have spent hours on app and phone trying to figure out what the problem is. After not picking up again today, I called and told them I needed the trash removed today. They came and picked up trash and bins. I have received multiple “confirmation” numbers and “escalated concerns” and now have no trash bins. Awful service. Will be looking for other options.

WM team there is friendly and informative. It's convenient and provides services for most waste. However, if taking dump trash take a full load to maximize the expense.

Overall the services are what you expect. The maddening part is their customer service chat: long wait times aggravated by 5+ mins between responses once a chat initiates. Three times I've had agents ghost me ... failing to respond after 10 mins. Their customer service is poor.

I recommend WM for services. I've had consistent weekly service and I am notified timely if there will be a change due to holidays. WM also provides information via their app, which is great. There are also nearby locations for unscheduled large items drops, albeit there is a noticeably fee. Thus far, I appreciate WM service.
