Happy with new pick up schedule in our community. But I tried to call Customer Service to verify some information and is a nightmare trying to get through to a live representative. That's why you're getting 4 stars instead of 5. Hope you try to fix it, otherwise my next review will not be as good. Thank you...

This company is a joke. I called several times for bulk pick up. For over a month they keep rescheduling saying someone would be there. I have cameras my cameras don’t lie. Someone came at 5:44 am on Saturday December 28,2024 and only picked up 2 of the 4 items. Left the mattresses on the curb side. I had to wait until 8 am for phone hours to speak to someone. They said the driver is in route to pick up the mattresses. No one never showed up. I live in an HOA community and I cannot have things like that just sitting in front of my house. It’s looks disgusting. I took a drive over to waste management and of course no one could tell me anything. I am so pissed my blood is boiling right now. Because how can someone pick up 2 of the 4 items but not the rest. And then they will try and make it count as 1 of the 4 times you can schedule a bulk pick up. Waste management will act like they’re helping but does nothing at all. Several times they canceled my bulk item pick up but couldn’t tell me why. In the system it would only show that it was canceled. They need someone who actually wants to work and get the job done instead of lazy drivers and office workers who just lies all the time about what’s being done and what’s not being done. I will continue to leave bad reviews until they do better even if I have to leave a bad review everyday. Because this really makes no sense.

I moved to Lancaster from Modesto and the difference in service from WM in Lancaster is amazing. The drivers are courteous and punctual. It truly feels like customer service. Thank you WM of Antelope Valley.

Worst service ever! We have tried to get a new bin for over a year and a half!! And NOTHING! All of our neighborhood got new ones and for some reason, they skipped us. We kept sending a bin request after that and still nothing. And to top it off, the dumpster guy took our bin!!! Now we have no bin!!! What the heck!?!? No trash bin for 2 weeks now and there no one to talk to!! Worst service ever!

Well up to Yesterday, was fine. Got a note about the recycle bin. Seeing WM has increased their fee for service by more than 15%, and we haven't had ANY increase in income. Complaining about Not Cleaning items in the recycle bin causes me to leave a less than stellar review.

We received a email with a very poor picture of a trash, can't tell if it's standing upright or laying on its side. The email said we put out contaminated items in recycle. We do not recognize the trash as being anything we put out. A friend of mine said then where plastic bottle looked like the kitty litter container she uses. We do not have any cats.
So 1. This is an extremely poor way of discussing an issue with your customer. 2. We do not know who's trash this is, but it is definitely not ours. 3.Your "proof" is not credible as it is a poor, unclear picture of the scene of the crime.
4. No proof that this is our trash can. 5. Anyone could have thrown that in any trash can, ours or not. Hopefully this will not occur again as we do not appreciate being accused of a supposed wrong doing without being contacted at the time your employee noticed a problem. After the fact notification with poor evidence does not prove anything.

Numerous occasions one of three trash cans are not picked up on trash day. Last week (week of 13 Jan 2025) my recycle trash can was not emptied. A month before my green waste was not picked up. I called only to speak to rude WM personnel. I'm so done with WM and their ZERO Customer service. Another incident I asked to replace a very damaged trash can. Called Customer Service and they said it will be replaced the following week. The following week nothing, no replacement trash can, not phone call from WM telling me why. I called WM and another rude Customer Service Rep said, I don't know why they told you that. I can see those trash cans are on back order. Thanks but no thanks to WM. The only thing WM is very consistent is RASING THEIR PRICES each and every year. Since 2015 the service cost as doubled. How's that for Customer Service?
