I had a driver making a delivery there. They were extremely rude to my driver. He had an 8 a.m. appointment for unloading and was there well before his delivery time. They finally got him to a door around 11:00 a.m. and then someone named Joey wanted my driver to help unload and stated that they do not pay drivers to unload. Drivers do not work for free. They then told my driver that they would not give his bills back to him unless he hauled away the trash from the load. Carriers do not do this. When I called to find out what we could do about the situation somebody named Roddy was rude to me and said that the carriers always hauled the trash away and hung up on me. DRIVERS BE VERY WARY OF THIS LOCATION. I hope they don't treat the people that buy their product this way.

Friendly and quick service at the counter. They had exactly what I needed…Delta 2HD Stem Unit assembly. It was twice as much as Lowe’s or Amazon at $30. Check other options first before you go to Winnsupply. I support local businesses, but come on!

Needed a flush handle for a toilet. Not in stock but they called two supply houses to find what I needed and ordered for me. I was treated with dignity and respect. Many thanks from this old man. Thanks for taking the time!

Some old man that works there is very rude!! Very disrespectful to drivers that are trying to deliver product so they would have a job. Drivers want to be home with their families not waiting for lengthy periods of time to make you happy. They have families. Highly disappointed in this place.
