Working with Windy City Movers has been an absolute pleasure. Their employees, from those in customer service to the movers, are extremely professional, reliable and friendly. Setting up the appointments was painless, and the office was quick to respond and follow-up, when needed.

We were refinishing our floors and needed furniture and packed boxes moved around the house, which required three separate visits. Our movers, Ricardo, Felix and Jamie are amazing. They are very hard workers and customer satisfaction is very important to them. They understood what needed to be done during each phase and required very little assistance from us. They were quick but very respectful of our belongings and home.
We were so pleased with the first visit that we didn’t hesitate to use Windy City Movers and request Ricardo, Felix and Jamie for the remaining visits. We highly recommend WCM and will use them in the future!

I had an excellent move out experience with Windy City movers. I had a two bedroom apartment that also had a piano, and I lived on the top third floor without an elevator. They packaged everything very carefully and even got the piano out with no problem at the end. They were very professional, and on time. I will definitely use the service again!

Suri Jamie and Chinzo did an amazing job moving us out of our old apartment and into our new one. They professionally wrapped all of our fragile and heavy items and moved over 60 boxes with care and navigated through some very tight alleys.
