Walked in to drop off a prepaid ups package and the elderly Karen of a person told me she needed to charge me $2.00 because UPS charges her to pick their packages. It doesn't even make sense.. I literally laughed and turned around and walked out. Called UPS and asked them if they charge $2.00 wild west Express for package pick-up. They said they ha e never charged people to drop off a additional $2. To a prepaid package drop off. And they werevery happy to hear about it. I hope it was worth trying to skim 2 bucks off the top.Next time find a hustle that has common sense. I hate Liars, thieves and Karen's.

I am the recipient of this hateful ugly crazy message sent by Heather Colby. We are a small animal, general practice in a small town with two full-time veterinarians. I was not at the clinic because my mother died. The other veterinarian was over-scheduled and buried in cases. When Heather’s husband walked in with an emergency, our only veterinarian was unable to accommodate them, and they were referred to the next nearest veterinary practice to help them as soon as possible. And this is the vitriol and hateful nastiness that I get as a result. Disgusting. Disturbing. Inappropriate. Unacceptable. She has probably stated that she tells everyone that comes in to her business what an awful experience she had at my practice. And she certainly has never welcome back in my clinic again.

This is the worst place for mail service! They close whenever they want. Hang people up on Fridays by closing early. Outrages prices for shipping and they aren't consistent with pricing. They really care less about their customers. Also Amazon packages are never there even though tracking numbers put it there.

Called to verify some information and the person who answered the phone was very condescending, Our client gave us the wrong information and i just wanted to verify before we sent information out. I even told him I knew what a PMB is and he kept telling me it's not a P.O BOX. Thankfully we don't have any business with them we were just verifying the address for our client who is a client for them but I would hate for them to address my clients this way.
