Hey Management! I want to take some time to appreciate one of your employees, Jordan G! I made a travel stop here on my way from Houston to Brownsville on 4/27 at around 9:00 am. This has been by far one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had. Jordan made sure to give me several options when I wasn’t sure of what to order and was extremely kind and friendly! I had ordered honey butter wings with a SIDE of buffalo. They gave me buffalo wings instead. When I called and asked she kept telling me it was buffalo and didn’t wanna refund me yet I was looking straight at my receipt while on the call and it absolutely said honey butter. Then she said they couldn’t refund me cause I ordered in the app. 🤦🏾‍♀️

Went for mobile order and was ready when I pulled up. Need to get the young man's name who brings out the order because he is always nice. He's actually helped me the last 3 times I've driven up. Great employee and great food.
