The personnel at WFS in DFW for China Airlines Cargo were super helpful. After issues with Customs they walked us through what was needed. Without their help our cargo would've stayed in the warehouse incurring more costs. We applaud them

Shah!!! @china air is always super helpful n funny great attitude n makes the wait go by fast definitely my favored airline compared to others were they are rude but not here she always so kind n the process also goes really smooth

I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM ONE STAR. I HAD TO WAIT 4 HRS AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE MY SHIPMENT. THEIR EMPLOYEES HATE THEIR JOB. IT HAS LOT TO DO WITH THE MANAGEMENT. WHEN YOU ASK TO TALK TO THE MANAGER THEY ARE IN THE MEETING. I BLAME THE AIRLINES WHO HAVE CONTRACT WITH COMPANY LIKE THIS. STOP DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.
