At first I really liked this company. But right now I will not recommend. The customer service is horrible. The employees apparently do not communicate with each other. So if your packages weren’t logged although delivered, no one knows where they are. They keep asking us to be patient even thought there policy states that they will take little to no liability for packages lost or misplaced in their care even with documented evidence . I can honestly say these people do not care for their customers only that payments are made . We have still not received our packages no one is cooperating.I will keep leaving reviews keeping y’all informed on this matter and its handling . Would not recommend . Y’all need to do better westtechshipping

I will never suggest or use this company again. Spent over $300 on an item and they’re claiming it was never received though someone there signed to receive the item. Now I’ve been going back and forth with my bank and merchant regarding the money I spent on something I never received. Very unethical. I requested to speak with a supervisor and I’ve yet to be contacted.

This company really starting to get to me. Because when you update your app and realize that you received the shipment and it is still coming by air because “West Tech App” NEVER updated the first time.

You contact them seconds after the notification and they still forcing you to pay shipping by air of over $200+ eventhough you spoke to like 5 persons working there and told them your app having problems and if it can’t come by Ocean send it back to the company it came from.

An item that cost $50 but you all forcing me to pay $200+ shipping and still shipped the items even though I told you NOT TOO!!!

West Tech Shipping - St. Maarten please deal with Miami because this is Robbery!!! Fix your damn app and make it work please!! Thank you!!

It seems I'm not the first to experience this based on some reviews I've read.

I'm hoping one of their staff reads this and sorts out their affairs.

So I made a purchase on February 23rd, 2024. Amazon confirmed it was delivered to west tech and it was shipped out of the US.[Confirmed by Amazon]

I contacted west tech after a few days when I noticed there was no update on their app. [FYI, this was my very first time using their service] Anyway they asked me to be patient while their team searched for the package.

Fast forward to March 19th, 2024 and still nothing except that I should be patient and wait.

DO NOT! I REPEAT, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS SERVICE.

Anyway I purchased the lost items again. Can't afford to wait until Feb 2035 to get an answer

Revised review. I was able to chat online with someone at this company, and they were most helpful. USPS never updated the tracking and the item was picked up by the customer.

I spent $312.00 from SHEIN and , Westtech Grenada Charged me $740.00 and stole 4 bathing suits and 2 dresses. I went to westtech in Grenada and they told me to contact shein. I've been shopping SHEIN for years and never experienced such dishonesty. Please stay away from

This company is horrible. I can’t even get someone on the phone no matter what time of the day I call.

My items are being delivered at the location . But West Tech shipping is saying they haven’t received the item. Four items from four different companies. What’s the common denominator?

We need another company who will be honest and take care of their customers .
