West Coast Self-Storage facilities and staff are superior to any other storage unit/staff I have been involved with. I have used many different storage companies and locations and West Coast Sf-Storage in Del Sur is legit. Clean, safe, well maintained and Andrew who manages this location is the best! Dude worked with me for weeks to find the right solutions, has been accommodating to all asks and never with an attitude. Great customer service! Kevin, is also the man! Great attitude and customer service! If you are looking for a storage unit, look no further than West Coast Self-Storage, Del Sur!

When I walked into this facility I was greeted with such joy and a smile from ear to ear. Manager Andrew is AMAZING! his customer service is unmatched and he was willing to go above and beyond to make sure he made me feel comfortable while giving me a tour of the facility. The cleanliness at that place is amazing, down to every single detail. He greeted every tenant that we walked past and they love him. I see the potential in him and he is on his way to greater things. Really a prize pick and a trophy you guys have at that facility. I would recommend everyone that needs a storage unit to go see Mr. Andrew I would give you 10 stars across the board. Thank you so much for being amazing manager

Just few months after my rental, the management decided to randomly add a 25% increase on my unit rental. It's very disappointing, they advertise competitive prices then once you're in they figure it'll be a hassle for the customer to move out so they take advantage of the situation. It never made any sense to me how they offer new customers better prices than their older loyal customers?!!!
I've complained to the management and after a few weeks wait I was given a $3 Credit.... it's ridiculous.

The prices were reasonable, the space is clean，neighborhood is safe and the services were excellent. The staffs all friendly to talk, especially Jeremy，he is incredibly patient during the whole process. He remembered my needs and ensured that extra moving carts were ready early on the second day of our move.

Andrew and Carolina were the BEST!!! They were courteous and very professional at their job. I was greeted upon arrival and shown my unit as well as given instructions and the storage rules. Everything was set up and i was able to move right in with no problems. Thank you both for making my job of moving easier
