My son has been stuck in a truck for 3 days in El Paso and the transportation manager in Sacramento is not doing anything. They keep telling him that he can’t Bobtail to the next transportation center, they keep saying they have no freight. They won’t get him a room and the Werner Center he is at only has a bathroom and a guard shack. They won’t let him leave and he knows no one in Texas so he’s stuck.

I’ve been here a week today Friday the 29th) bc of the camera which took 3 days to fix and then headlight went out next day then all electrical issues started last night! I have a 17 yr old 10lb dachshund and no one would accommodate anything for me as to sit in drivers lounge while truck is in shop! Majority of the people that work there including the girl in the shop is totally RUDE!! I’ve never been treated so disrespectful and rude as I have there at this terminal! They should not even be working there! No customer service no welcoming or can I help you nothing! It’s what do you want? These people would include Safety in the drivers lounge downstairs terminal manager, besides Ruben, the girl and a couple guys out there in the shop, including I think his name is Will works overnight! Not acceptable! Big shout out to Amanda she was graciously kind and helpful! I’ve been In my truck, majority of the week since I got it out of the Shop on Tuesday! I will never ever come to this terminal if I don’t have to never! These people should be replaced they shouldn’t be working there. It’s not comfortable and we as drivers should be comfortable and welcomed into each and every terminal there is! I’ve been stressed out, disgusted with my truck and the people there all week!! The girl in the shop this morning Kb said oh you can bring your truck to the bay, I said OK just give me 15 minutes cause I’m waiting on the van and she starts out very disrespectful” You’re not getting a hotel, with an attitude”! Who gives her the authorization whether her to tell people they’re not getting a hotel or not, but that’s neither here nor there my TM took care of me!! If you have to come in here for truck issues, don’t go somewhere else with your accepted and respected!

Counting Company & Owner Op?! This my 5th time returning to Werner. You can never go wrong working here. Stay focus, stay on track & just do you. And your all good.
Long as your doing good, show interest n etc?! Werner will rehire. There's opportunity here, ppl to help/guide you and fellow drivers.
Me? I'm trying get back on track, pick up where I left off and move forward.
Even if you have a little hick-up and long as you can take care of it?! Werner try help you.
My situation here this go round... I hope I can take care of it and not have to go home... To take care of situation and than head directly back here!
Longer you wait?! Long things take to move forward. Well, I hope my situation is easier to handle and just get back on the road 👍

I call just for a load details. The lady is so rude even she is not ready to cooprate. She behaves over like she is the one who only know about the trucking industry. Even without listen a word just hang the call. Need to change staff.

Very awful company lied from the very beginning would not recommend ever going here. They had me pay for gas and told me they would reimburse me when I got there and then when I decided not to go to work for them because of all the lies they told me that they were not gonna pay the $250 that I showed out for gas And a motel room that they said they would pay for.. then when I decide to leave even though they gave me a rental car to come down and and I had all my stuff for my truck, they wanted me to go back on a greyhound bus with all my stuff. The Greyhound was going to take two full days to get back to Eugene, I highly recommend staying away from this company. Bunch lof crooks

I came here to Fontana for my training with the company a week ago. I have had great experience! All the instructors and staff are very friendly and helpful. We are very well taken care of. I would recommend that anyone who is interested in becoming a truck driver, they should come to Werner!

Top notch company, they are on the ball with coaching and teaching techniques. Food provided could be healthier maybe turkey sandwiches instead of little Caesars pizza, snacks too maybe fruit and yogurt instead of crackers and chips, veggie trays instead. But overall I give 4 stars
