I bought a new cargo trailer less than 3 years ago. I've had issues with it from day one finally leading to a leaf spring hangar falling off. Very disappointing for a trailer that cost around 8k.

I’ve hauled out of the Ogden location for many years with three different companies. They have always treated me well. They are willing to help with some suggestions on loading if you ask.
I’ve never expected a shipper to strap down a load for me. But if they suggest a different way than what I’m doing I definitely listen. They load these trucks everyday and definitely know their stuff.

Place is barely an operating business it seems like. They never answer the phone. They’re in store customer service is pretty terrible as well. Very horrendous company to work with in all aspects.

This place is great to load out of. I don’t know about you, but as a general rule of thumb I only book and haul freight I know I am capable of hauling. Half these guys show up and don’t know how to secure the trailers and then blame it on the shipper. The world is a wild place, I mean who asks the shipper to secure the load!! lol

I had an Amazing experience at the Wells Cargo facility in West Haven. I needed some warranty work done and I was extremely satisfied with the service I received by John, Amy and Andrea. Their commitment to customer satisfaction is outstanding. I highly recommend this company as they are proud of their product and stand behind the craftsmanship. AAAA++++

I'd rate a zero if it was the option, ordered a trailer jack told them the exact size with photos and asked them to double check size before they mailed.
They sent me the wrong size this happened in May still call ever other week or so and can't get a phone call back from Rebeca Taylor and she has never answered her phone or returned my call she is the only one I'm told that can give me a refund. And to the girl that does answer the phone and sent the wrong item in the first place thanks for nothing.
Also enclosed trailer leaked in the back only after 3 years, nice.

Scammers broker and company I took the load and I don’t know how to secure the load I ask the shipper and secure the load I also send the pictures to broker small scratch the trailer box charge me 1200$ special flatbed drivers always be smart our jobs safety come first just secure the load not accept any damages
