I recently had my car transported from Florida to Utah with Webster Hauling, and I could not be more pleased with the experience. Dealing with Wayne was an absolute pleasure. He responded promptly to all my inquiries and provided a clear and transparent worst-case proposal upfront. True to his word, the final cost was lower than expected once the trucking company’s charges were finalized, saving me a good amount.

Initially, I was nervous about finding a reputable and honest hauling company, knowing the potential risks involved when entrusting someone with your vehicle and the agreed pricing. However, Webster Hauling exceeded my expectations. They were reliable, professional, and delivered exactly as promised—no surprises, no stress.

I would not hesitate to do business with them again and highly recommend their services to anyone needing vehicle transport. 5 stars from me! ?

Once they take your deposit (their broker portion paid up front) very little communication or follow up. Poor experience overall. Had lower priced options but decided to go with them because they said all the right things but very little support after when there were mechanical issues with the hauling company and seem bothered when I asked for help tracking and getting timing of delivery. I would not recommend.

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. There was little to no communication through out the process unless I initiated the calls.

Was told my car would be picked up on the 1st or 2nd of January and delivered by the 3rd or 4th. None of that happened. The car arrived on the 8th in the middle of my second day on a new job and had to leave work early.

Was given a quote on the “low end” but since it was near the holidays it would be on the “high end” even though the car was picked up AFTER the holidays had ended. I would have been better off driving the car myself and spending the money towards gas and hotels than this service.

UPDATE: As you see the owner responded with really just excuses for why things didn't go well. Like I said before, awful communication throughout the process and as you can see by the response, you'll be met with poor excuses as to why you're wrong and he is right. Use ANY other service!!

Wonderful experience yet again from Wayne at Webster hauling. They safely brought my car from California to Illinois. Communication was excellent every step of the way. There are a lot of companies out there that offer low prices. Save yourself a headache. They may cost a tiny bit more than the rest but they got the job done and quickly! Thanks Wayne!!!!

Wayne was very easy to work with, very professional and helped explain the process along the way. Though we were told we be given a 12 hour notice for pick up, the driver did not give us a notice, but Wayne worked to get the car rescheduled on a different truck promptly.
