Normally, when a driver goes up to the customer service window to check in to anywhere the individual at the window has no clue of anything other than how to fake being nice Naomi knows who I am and job at hand VERY professional and Rogelio is a top notch Tech he could have easily done the work and sit me. On my way. What he did was make sure that it was done correctly. I am not a fan of carrier. I hate carrier units. These people know how to do their job beyond expectations. I will definitely come back here with any problems, and if I personally can get away with getting my PMs done here. I plan on doing that as well. I want to thank both of you people for a job well done and Dylan you have a awesome team. Please take care of them accordingly.

I was amazed at the swift & professional service I received at the Duncanville location.
Dakota took care of my unit. He was very kind & attended to the numerous questions I had. I thought I was bothering him but he didn't seem bothered. You guys hv earned my business going forward. You can't beat quality & swift service. That reduces our downtime as O/O's.
The manager is a great guy, he will come out and kindly address your concerns.
Naomi was great at the service desk as well.

This is in my opinion a great team of nice folks, everyone seem nice. Keep up the good work guys.

Luis was my tech for the day. He educated me and got me in and out with ease. Truckers lounge is comfortable and front desk lady is nice!

Came back for another service 3/31/25, w&b only hires quality techs. Michael and Tristan, amazing to work with. Efficient and explained the problem for me to easily understand
