Extremely responsive, helpful, and friendly! They helped me same-day to pick up a prescription from a hospital and overnight it to me. Stayed 100% in communication through the process, including by sending photos of the package and receipts. Reasonable rates and easy to use invoice system. Great service!

If you are an agency, studio, or just anybody that lives in Southern California there is no more trustable, easy to work with messenger service than Ways. After many times with many complicated instructions there has never been an issue. I have used many Messengers in LA and I've had many problems throughout the years, not with Ways. Do yourself a favor don't stress use this company.
